New Models Coming From Apex & Biante

Latest Aussie model news and releases

Apex

Sample of the 1:43 scale Efijy showing the car in production colour and special premium display box. The box will change for the final production (the carbon fibre panel will be replaced with something much lighter to make the car stand out more) and each model will have a metal plaque showing the model description and serial number.

The clear lid and sides allow the car to be viewed from all angles while also allowing the model to be easily removed by unscrewing the 4 corner posts.

This item is Apex Collection model #001. RRP is $99. Product and Pre-Order details on the Apex site HERE.

Biante

A couple of great subjects announced by Biante in 1:18 scale, now available to pre-order. Unfortunately, no plans for these in 1:43 scale (though the Brock HR would be an easy Code 3 project).

Peter Brock HR Holden Winton
One for the diehard Brock fans – Holden HR Premier Sedan, driven by Peter Brock at Winton Motor Raceway in 1969. Despite being raced by the great man at just one event, it forms part of Biante’s Peter Brock Collection.

VL Group A Commodore SS
Above: A couple of crowd favourites drove this at Bathurst in 1987 – the Bob Jane T-Marts VL Commodore SS Group A, steered by Allan Grice and Win Percy.

Above: Biante also announced the Dick Johnson/Gary Scott XC Cobra from the 1979 Hardie-Ferodo 1000 (above) and an XA Falcon Superbird (1974) road car in Lime Glaze/Jewel Green.

Biante

Biante currently has a promotion running where if you spend over $200 on their website www.biante.com.au, you’ll get a free 1:43 scale “lucky dip” model, picked by them.

“Given that most of our 1:43 Scale models are priced at or above $50, we think that’s not a bad deal!” Biante stated.

The offer ends at Midnight, Thursday July 10.
