Triple Eight ran a VF Commodore wildcard entry at Bathurst in 2013. I don't believe any of the commercial manufacturers produced a model of this car - so I made my own. I finished this on the same day a dear friend lost her dad. It's not a sprint car AF, but it did have a sweet V8. RIP big fella.More photos and a full build diary on the blog: www.wixy500.com/the-xbox-bathurst-wildcard-a-code-3-conversion/ ... See MoreSee Less

The French Ligier team, with French engine (Matra), French sponsors (Gitanes cigarettes, Norev model cars) and French driver ('Jolly' Jacques Laffite) scored its first ever F1 win at the 1977 Swedish Grand Prix. This is Spark's 1:43 scale version of that car, now with the tobacco markings in place. They even included really tiny 🧐 decals for the Gypsy Woman logos on the driver overalls. ... See MoreSee Less

Some think it's bad taste to build models like this. I choose to believe it's a form of respectful tribute in honour of the subject. RIP Brock. (btw, nice build DC customs) ... See MoreSee Less
